We are excited to reveal that SILENT-RESORTS announces the world´s first fully sustainable solar powered residence club to open on Elizabeth Island in the breath-taking Bahamas!

With SILENT-RESORTS being part of the SILENT-GROUP, an experienced team has been on the lookout for a location since the presentation of the concept in 2020.

When setting foot on the Bahamas, it became immediately clear that the perfect getaway had been found. Elizabeth Island, located just minutes away from Great Exuma, is one of the most pristine, exotic islands in the world.

CLUB KI´AMA

Club Ki’ama represents the first ever co-ownership opportunity that combines luxurious solar-powered, oceanfront homes with a fleet of solar-powered SILENT yachts as well as a beach club, spa and a restaurant.

All owners will be able to enjoy a minimum of five weeks of vacation annually, including 10 days on board of a SILENT. When landing at Exuma International Aiport, club members are able to reach the island from George Town Dock within 10 minutes via an electric water taxi.

RESIDENCES

In total, the resort will feature 16 solar powered four-bedroom residences and 8 SILENT yachts (SILENT 60 & 80 Series). The single story club residences on land will feature 10 -12 ft ceilings for enhanced ventilation and light.

Out of 36 acres of total area on Elizabeth Island, 18 % will be used for resort development. This purposeful design enables the vast majority of the landscape of the island to remain completely untouched and left in its natural habitat.

SILENT-CATCH NON PROFIT

As the visionary behind the concept, SILENT-RESORTS CEO Victor Barret has been seeking for several ways to express his passion for sustainable development. With the help of state-of-the-art solar technology and eco-friendly building practices, we are beyond excited for the club to offer owners and their guests a smart and responsible way to explore the pristine waters of the Caribbean.

Furthemore, through its global non-profit organization SILENT-CATCH, 1% of the turnover made by SILENT-RESORTS will support the electrification of the local artisanal fishing fleets, preserve mangrove habitats and fund reef restoration.
